The Helix Engage Package consists of a Helix Explore Report, a Helix Engage report and a 1 hour consult with the genetic counsellor or nutritionist. The Report provides an outline of nutritional, dietary and lifestyle strategies that will help you along your wellness journey. You will need to provide your 23&Me genetic test results – if you do NOT have this then you will need to purchase a test kit from us or directly from 23&Me (Package price does not include test kit price). The reports use the following health based categories:
